Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A School Psychologist position is available focusing primarily on elementary students in grades K-5. This role involves conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, and collaborating with educators and families to support student success. While the position is based in Camden, TN, candidates open to remote work will also be considered, though onsite presence is preferred to foster closer collaboration within the school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and interpret psychological evaluations for elementary-aged students
- Lead or contribute to IEP meetings, providing expert insights to develop appropriate educational plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to address student behavioral and learning needs
- Support intervention strategies and monitor student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with district and legal requirements
